Syllabus Sync is a student productivity application designed to help Macquarie University students manage their academic schedules, deadlines, and campus activities. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Share your account credentials with others
Upload malicious content or code

5Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Syllabus Sync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SYLLABUS SYNC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
